The cement wore off on three of the contact points and it was driving me crazy! Not to mention my teeth felt loose! I haven't been in to see the orthodontist for over a decade!!! I called on a Monday and got an appointment with Dr. Carly Moran for yesterday (Wednesday) - thankfully, my records were still in their system. Brittany (who was amazing) handled most of the work, but Dr. Carly was attentive, knowledgeable, courteous... just fabulous. They took a radiograph to assess for bone loss and in the end, replaced the wire retainer. I went to check out and pay. To my surprise and delight, there was no charge. Since I was a previous patient under Dr. Judy, they honored that relationship. I want to give Brittany, Dr. Carly and the entire practice a big THANK YOU! My teeth felt better immediately!
